Print Prepaid Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags and inserts are included.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
